Remedy is a young,flourishing male R&B artist with a passion and love for music almost parallel to none.Hailing from Mpls,Mn,Remedy perfected his style of music by listening to his personal favorites of all time,Jay-Z,Lauryn Hill,Kanye West,Luther Vandross and his favorite artist of all time R.Kelly.
Remedy wrote and performed his first song in the 4th grade till this day he doesn't know who taught him how to write songs.Then 1 day in the 11th grade Remedy signed up for his high school talent show tore the house down and from there he's been slowly building his craft
Remedy brings the real emotion to R&B for males who have been in his situations,without shying too much away from the club bangers or classic love ballads.He has a Fresh,Sincere,Street and Sweet sound which stands out from the watered down R&B music of today,which is why he chose the name Remedy because he feels he is the cure. On his solo debut album he brings "Hear Me Out" which is an audio urban soap opera on which the title song,you'll find him battling with the decision to settle down being so young but not being ready to which young men go through everyday.He gets inspiration from everyday situations He then transforms them into beautiful,emotion filled and most of all creative songs.Mix the Undeniable swagger of a Jay-Z,the passion of a Lauryn Hill,subject variety of a Kanye West the knowledge of songwriting parallel to an industry vet and the pure musical genius of an R.Kelly and you get.......................REMEDY
